Hi Gary,
Well, a few months have passed and we've settled into our new home in St. John's very nicely. We love the character of this heritage home with its 12-foot ceilings, stone mosiac fireplaces and hardwood floors. We love the proximity to the downtown core and an 8-minute walk for Doug to work. A home like this back in Ontario would have cost us a fortune. It's hard to believe I had you drive me around CBS for three days, certain I wanted an ocean view! This city home is so much more convenient for us and we can drive to the ocean any day! Thanks for your patience. Thanks for the geography lesson on this new city. Thanks for pointing out all the pros and cons and thanks for making our decision so much clearer and certain in the long run. We will definitely suggest you as agent to anyone we meet in need of a realtor.
